Newcrest 2020 Update Post Three: Summer Sims University.
So I’ve finally got round to writing this third update for my 2020 save!
We begin the Summer of 2020 at the Platt household. Duncan has some news to tell his family. He’s bought a house! He thinks that now his Alien daughter Amelia Is growing, his current childhood house is becoming too crowded with him, Ameila, Jessica, Ryan, Sasha and Allie living there.
With the news that Duncan is now moving to Nordhaven, his sisters Sasha and Allie who have just been accepted to the Universities of Foxbury and Brichester, have a cunning plan!
As University housing
accommodation is expensive at the moment, they talk Duncan in to letting them
stay with him. Duncan says that they can stay, as long as they help out with
Amelia as well. They both look shocked at each other, but they soon tell Duncan
they are teasing him and are happy to help their niece out.
Sasha and Allie break the news to their mother and their half brother Ryan. Jessica is sad that three of her children are moving home but she’s pleased they’re both going to university and getting the education they need to progress in to the next stage of their life. She decides to hold a farewell party for all three of them.
At their farewell party, most of their neighbours turn out to say farewell:
The following morning, it was finally time for Duncan, Sasha and Allie to say farewell to their childhood home they had been living in since my 1999 save:
Here is where Duncan, Allie and Sasha have moved to. It is on a lot not far from Apple’s Holguins bakery in Nordhaven.

The Welcome Wagon arrives!
Ollie Mark loves the Platt siblings so much that he wants
to move in with them! I say yes, the more the merrier in baby care, however,
this cancels out Eleanors stayover.
Finally understanding his father’s worries and concerns, Clyde moves in with Duncan, Sasha, Allie and Ollie.
Homework time and there’s a bit of chemistry building between Sasha and Ollie!

After a few dates with Sasha, Ollie wants to be her boyfriend and she says yes!

This guy phones Sasha up and reveals he is her secret
admirer. She was already in a relationship with Ollie, and she kindly turned
him down.
Amelia ages up to a Toddler and a birthday party was held
for her!

Girl talk!
Graduation day is here for Sasha and Allie. Allie being
the odd one out, she graduated from Foxbury while the others chose
Britechester. This causes Sasha not to get her graduation photo although she
does graduate.
Let’s do the Foxbury cheer one more time!
After graduating, Sasha gets a job in the military
career. Her work from home task is to find evidence at the secret lab. She asks
her grandfather, my sim self to help her find evidence at the secret lab as he
and his ex-wife Liberty Lee defeated the mother plant here in my 1988 save.
Duncan and Clyde were the next to graduate. Here is their class of 2020 throwing their caps in the air!
Duncan hopes to find a job in Economics
Allie works in the Business career
Clyde will be moving back home to Newcrest hoping to pursue
his culinary career.
Ollie hopes to find a communications job once he
graduates.
